Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from the HotShoeKarting website are covered under a 30 Day return/exchange policy. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice. All returned products must be in original condition with tags. To process a return, you must initiate it with a message containing the Order# and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method minus $10 shipping cost for domestic orders and the $20 nonrefundable international shipping cost.
